Thaden Field’s Safety Management System (SMS) is a tool for reporting events and recommending safety improvements that can be used by anyone operating at or around the Bentonville Municipal Airport (VBT).
This system is non-punitive – this tool will never be used to punish the reporting party or any individual named in a report.
