Cessna 172 Skyhawk

A four-seater that has formed the backbone of more flight training fleets than any other aircraft thanks to its combination of impressive durability and forgiving handling. Our fleet boasts six Skyhawks spanning over 45 years of development.

Due to high demand for flight training, Cessna 172 aircraft may be rented overnight only with approval from the Chief Flight Instructor.
Full day or overnight rentals are charged at a minimum of 3 hours per day.

A two-seat trainer that is as easy to fly as it is fun. Its light handling and low cost make it a fun and economical way to build flight time.

Tailwheel Aircraft

If you’re looking for a new challenge, itching for fun flying, or just wanting to become an all-around better pilot, a tailwheel airplane should be in your future. The aircraft in our tailwheel fleet are based on the classic Piper Cub, a proven airframe that has trained and delighted generations of pilots.

The oldest (and according to some, the most fun) aircraft in our fleet. The Cub is the classic WWII-era taildragger, making it an excellent tailwheel trainer. It’s also the most affordable aircraft in our fleet, making it a fun and economical way to stay current!

Simulator

Redbird SD

The Redbird SD is a fully-enclosed, stationary flight simulator certified as an Advanced Aviation Training Device (AATD). Training time logged in this simulator can be used to meet the aeronautical experience requirements for certain certificates and ratings, allowing students to save money and time that would otherwise be spent in the real airplane. The SD features interchangeable instrument panels and control modules, allowing it to simulate multiple aircraft with both analog and glass cockpit avionics. Simulated aircraft include:
